Mr. Lishati Bailey has served as the General Secretary for the U.S.V.I. Soccer Association (USVISA) since January 2018. As the Gen Sec., Mr. Bailey meets with USVISA Executives in developing a vision, a strategic plan, as well as developing an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic development of the organization. Mr. Bailey works with the staff and committees, also plays a vital role in overseeing the planning, implementation, & evaluation of the organization's programs & services. As transparency is the key in any organization, Mr. Bailey communicates with stakeholders, community & government representatives, to keep everyone informed on the work the USVI Soccer Association is doing in the community.
