"The U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Association (USVISA) is hereby soliciting proposals for RFP-01-22 for the Project Management Services for the construction of Soccer Field Buildings and Furnishings on Plot #23-1 in Estate Upper Bethlehem, Christiansted Virgin Islands.
