About the Role
The Youth Development Coach is primarily responsible for teaching young players the
fundamentals of soccer. They will be tasked in working with individual players on their ball
mastery, technique, passing skills, and other aspects of play. The Youth Development Coach will
also be tasked to promote USVISA Grassroots and After School programs and shall create
relationships with all local public schools to recruit elementary school children.
